The goal of the Caribbean Health Communication blog is to encourage dialogue and debate about health communication (broadly speaking) in the region.

Health Communication has been identified as an important tool in improving the public’s health. The field builds on the expertise in such areas as mass communication, medicine, public health, and psychology among others.
